Legacy's website, accessed May 31, 2019 (Robert A. Johnson, Jungian author and lecturer died on September 12, 2018, in San Diego. Mr. Johnson was born in Portland, Oregon, on May 26, 1921. Mr. Johnson studied at the University of Oregon and Stanford University. He was a student of Jiddu Krishnamurti in Ojai, California; and he was a student at the C. G. Jung Institute in Switzerland in the years following WW II. In the 1950's, Mr. Johnson established a practice in Analytical Psychology in Los Angeles with fellow Jung Institute graduate, Helen Luke. Mr. Johnson closed this practice in 1963, and for the next four years was a member of St. Gregory's Abbey in Three Rivers, Michigan. In 1968, Mr. Johnson moved to San Diego where he resumed his career as a Jungian analyst and lecturer.
