Frank Bernard Evans (b. Nesquehonnig, Pennsylvania, August 21, 1927), State Archivist of Pennsylvania, 1961-1963, then Assistant to the Archivist of the United States, 1972-1974. He served as President of the Society of American Archivists in 1988 and 1989.
