Clark Atlanta University (Corporate Name)
- Atlanta University Center (Ga.). Clark Atlanta University
- Earlier heading: Clark College
- Earlier heading: Atlanta University
Although the decision to consolidate was made in 1988, Clark College continued to operate independently into 1989, and the name Clark College was still used during this time. The non-profit corporate body Clark Atlanta University, under which the schools operated independently for a short time, seems to be a different entity than the school formed by the eventual merger of the two schools. See 670 reference to Panther (Clark College), September 30, 1988 issue.
